The boutique label of a little band called The Beatles, Apple Records released records from a handful of different artists between 1968 and 1973. Come And Get It is the first compilation that brings together acts like James Taylor, Badfinger, Billy Preston and Jackie Lomax covering genres including pop, folk, rock and soul music. Though every track on this compilation isn’t necessarily a home run, The Beatles show they had a terrific ear for other’s music in addition to their own.
