I have always considered Minneapolis band The Honeydogs to be one of the most criminally under-rated bands making music these days. A group that has essentially perfected the craft of songwriting that is both engaging and entertaining, the group continues walking a line that falls somewhere in the lines between folk, rock, alt.country, pop and more. What Comes After, the band’s 10th studio effort, shows why the group continues to be a force to be reckoned with. The fact that the group can mix these genres so seamlessly and effortlessly is a testament to the incredible musicianship that lies within their ranks.
