When it comes to making simple, anthemic rock music, both Glen Matlock and his former Sex Pistol band mate Steve Jones have a terrific grasp on letting music, not ego lead their way. Like Jones, Matlock isn’t the most tuneful singer but with little in the way of fluff throughout these 12 songs, it shows that a lot of substance can be found through simple rock songs. Highlights worth checking out include the title track, Timebomb, Get What We Get and Way To Go.
