This legendary 1977 record from Eric Clapton is generally regarded as one of his best solo efforts and with good reason. The record that gave rise to hits including Cocaine, Wonderful Tonight and Lay Down Sally has been re-released with some nice extras. While you can splurge on the remastered two-disc reissue of the record, the super deluxe edition is well worth the additional cost. For under $40, this four CD, one LP set includes an expanded version of Slowhand, a 5.1 Surround Sound DVD-audio mix of the record, a two-disc concert from 1977 in addition to a copy of Slowhand on vinyl.
