Vancouver modern rock band Default might not ever shake comparisons to their much maligned musical brothers Nickelback, but the truth is, Default’s new record stands on its own rather well.
Coming a long four years after their last studio record, I can certainly see the 11 tracks appealing to fans of Nickelback but it seems as though Default’s songs seem to reach a little deeper and take on a little more depth this time around.
Hard-hitting songs like All Over Me and Fascination, as well as a helping of ballads like the title track and Show Me could very well return the group to the heights of success they found so early in their career.
